Gardening at Genshin Impact. Everything you need to know about it. A faster way to farm plants in 2.0

The long-awaited function of growing plants in a kettle is coming soon. What does the mechanic look like?

For quite some time, players have been eagerly awaiting the kettle’s improvements. It is already known that in the upcoming version it will be possible to add teleports, which we wrote about in New furniture is coming to Genshin Impact. The teleporter will come to Serenitea Pot.

Another improvement in the Traveler’s house will be the possibility of sowing and collecting selected plants. These will also be useful for characters Ascension and cooking.

Requirements to unlock

In order to become a gardener in your home, you must first reach reputation level 3 in Inazuma and also obtain Naku herbs from NPC Madarame Hyakubei. After doing these things, you will be able to get the quest “The Art of Horticulture”. The Traveler will then receive a “Seed Dispensary” gadget from Madame Ping that will be able to create plant seeds.

After putting on the newly received gadget from the inventory, the player will be able to receive plant seeds after each collection. This means doubling the possible goods with less labor.

For example, when a Traveler collects a Sweet Flower, he will also get one seed of this species.

A limited amount of seeds will also be available in the store.

To be able to plant the obtained seed, you must first purchase plots, also from Tubby. Different seeds require different types of soil, so check first what type of plot is required for the selected plant.

The purchased fields can be planted in the teapot edit view, and their location will be marked on the map.

When interacting with the soil, you can also check which type is suitable for planting in the selected plot. There are four empty spaces for four seeds in one field.

After planting, the player can check the time left to harvest or pick up irretrievably planted plants. After the specified time has elapsed, the Traveler can take the ripe crops.
