Regular updates are made to League of Legends to improve the balance and make changes to the items and champions that need them.

In patch 11.11, the item was mainly targeted, which was supposed to be used by supports to store Control Wards. How does its new version look and will its situation change?

Buffs and nerfs in patch 11.11

Rune changes

  • Hail of Blades
    • The cooldown increased from 8 to 12 seconds.
  • Buiscuit Delivery
    • Gold for selling lowered from 30 to 5.

Item buffs

  • Wardstone
    • Stirring Wardstone (Tier 1)
      • Deleted.
    • Watchful Wardstone (Tier 2)
      • Cost: 1100.
      • 150 HP.
      • 10 Ability Haste.
      • Arcane Cache: An item can store up to three Control Wards.
      • [DELETED] Increase the maximum amount of Stealth and Control Wards placed by 1.
      • [NEW] After reaching level 13 and completing the quest, support turns into Vigilant Wardstone.
    • Vigilant Wardstone (Tier 3)
      • [NEW]Now obtained from the Watchful Sightstone Upgrade. It cannot be bought anymore.
      • 150 HP.
      • 15 Ability Haste.
      • [NEW] Blessing of Ixtal: Increases AP, Ability Haste, Bonus AD, and Bonus HP by 12%.
      • Arcane Cache: An item can store up to three Control Wards.
  • Staff of Flowing Water
    • AP granted increased from 20-40 to 25-45.
  • Moonstone Renewer
    • Healing and shield buffs increased from 4% (max 20%) to 6% (max 30%)
  • Divine Sunderer
    • Enemy max health damage increased from 10% to 12%.
    • Healing increased from 50/30% (melee/ranged) to 65/40% damage.
  • Black Cleaver
    • Armor reduction per stack increased from 4% (max 24%) to 4.5% (max 27%).
  • Serpents Fang
    • Ranged champion’s shield reduction increased from 25% to 35%.
  • Wardens Mail
    • Rock Solid: Reduction increased from 0.5% max health to 5 + 0.35% max health.
  • Frozen Heart
    • Attack speed reduction increased from 15% to 20%.
    • Reduction increased from 0.5% max health to 10 + 0.35% max health.
  • Randuin’s Omen
    • Reduction increased from 0.5% max health to 5 + 0.35% max health.
  • Warmog’s Armor
    • The regeneration requirement changed from 3000 max health to 1100 bonus health.
  • Frostfire Gauntlet
    • Ranged champions slow reduced from 25% (+ 4% per 1000 HP) to 12.5% (+ 2% per 1000 HP).
    • Cooldown for ranged champions increased from 4 to 6 seconds.
    • The changes also apply to the version of the item improved by Ornn.

Item nerfs

  • Bramble Vest
    • Armor lowered from 35 to 30
    • Spike damage lowered from 3 + 10% armor to 3.

Champion buffs

  • Azir
    • Conquering Sands (Q)
      • Mana cost lowered from 70 to 55.
  • Graves
    • Base stats
      • AD per level increased from 3 to 4
  • Hecarim
    • Rampage (Q)
      • Bonus AD converter increased from 70% to 75%.
    • Devastating Charge (E)
      • The minimum AD ratio from base AD increased from 50% to 55%.
      • The maximum ratio from base AD increased from 100% to 110%.
  • Ryze
    • Base stats
      • HP per level increased from 98 to 110.
  • Ezreal
    • Base stats
      • HP regeneration per level increased from 0.55 to 0.65
      • Base armor increased from 22 to 24.
  • Seraphine
    • Surround Sound (W)
      • Self-given shield increased from 75-150 to 75-225.
      • Shield given to allies increased from 50-100 to 50-150.
  • Teemo
    • Move Quick (W)
      • Cooldown reduced from 17 to 14 seconds.
  • Nautilus
    • Riptide (E)
      • [NEW] Ability now deals 200% increased damage to monsters.
  • Singed
    • Fling (E)
      • Cooldown reduced from 10 to 10-8 seconds.

  • Morgana
    • Tormented Shadow (W)
      • Bonus damage to monsters reduced from 185% to 155%.
  • Lee Sin
    • Tempest (E)
      • The cooldown increased from 8 to 9 seconds.
  • Rumble
    • Junkyard Titan (P)
      • Maximum On-Hit damage to monsters lowered from 120 to 80.
  • Elise
    • Spider form
      • AP ratio of health restored on auto attacks lowered from 30% to 20%.
  • Leona
    • Eclipse (W)
      • Damage lowered from 60-200 to 50-190.
  • Urgot
    • Purge (W)
      • AD converter lowered from 20-36% to 20-34%.
  • Shaco
    • Jack in the Box (W)
      • AP converter lowered from 10% to 9%.
    • Two-Shiv Poison (E)
      • AP converter lowered from 55% to 50%.
  • Qiyana
    • Terrashape (W)
      • Movement speed reduced from 5-13% to 3-11%.

  • Master Yi
    • Alpha Strike (Q)
      • AD ratio lowered from 100% to 90%.
    • Wuju Style (E)
      • Base On-Hit damage increased from 20/30/40/50/60 to 30/40/50/60/70.
  • Senna
    • Base stats
      • HP per level increased from 75 to 82.
    • Absolution (P)
      • The range for 20 souls lowered from 25 to 20.
    • Piercing Darkness (Q)
      • Healing now scales with 160% Lethality.
    • Curse of the Black Mist (E)
      • Movement speed increased from 20% to 20% (+ 0.05% AP).
    • Dawning Shadow (R)
      • AP ratio increased from 50% to 70%.
